About me

I am a final year psychotherapy student who is passionate about supporting others. Using an integrated person-centered and psychodynamic approach I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space to work with clients and explore their process and well-being.

Experience and approach:

Throughout my program, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse client groups with a broad range of challenges. Some of the challenges and difficulties faced by my clients include anxiety, depression, self-image, self-esteem and traumatic experiences. Together we can work towards finding ways to cope with these difficult challenges and continue to grow.
I work with past experiences and explore how these experiences can impact the present life of my clients. Using a collaborative approach, we can work together and bring awareness to patterns of thought and behavior and explore how these can change in the future.
I am an open-minded and creative person who recognizes the importance of meaningful relationships and the positive impact that these can have on our lives.
I cater my approach around each client individually. I work with what each person brings, meeting you where you are and supporting every client on their journey towards where they want to be.
